CAN WE REQUEST BEDDING CONFIGURATION?
Yes - bedding configuration can be requested at time of booking. Please pre-book so we can arrange for your apartment to be ready as per requested bedding arrangement. Change of bedding configuration after check-in is subject to availability and an additional charge of $30.00 applies. “Your Comfort” range does not offer split bed configuration.
IS CAR PARKING AVAILABLE?
Secured and undercover car parking is available and accessed via the rear at Hancock Street, Southbank. Car parks are assessed by remote controls. Spaces are limited and must be pre-booked. Cost is $17.00 per day. Larger vehicles such as minibus or van need to find alternative parking elsewhere.
DO YOUR APARTMENTS HAVE WI-FI INTERNET ACCESS?
All our apartments include unlimited WIFI internet. The “Your Favourite” range includes Gold standard high-speed Wi-Fi. Unlimited data usage and no restriction on number of devices applies. WHAT ARE THE BREAKFAST OPTIONS? Start your day with a Continental Breakfast. For $18 our locally sourced treats are delivered to your apartment between the hours of 7 – 7.30am. Brekky includes Home Made Almond and Vanilla Granola, yoghurt, milk, 2 slices of Multigrain Bread or Danish, Freshly Squeezed orange juice, a piece of a seasonal fruit plus breakfast spreads. *Available at Aria Hotel Apartments Melbourne only. Alternatively you can also purchase a Breakfast voucher for $12 at Aria reception. We have negotiated a discounted rate with A Treat of France Patisserie just 2 doors from Reception. Breakfast options include Toasted Sandwiches, Egg and Bacon Roll plus large Coffee & macaroon. HOW DO I BOOK AN APARTMENT? Book online for the best available rates and more flexible cancellation policy applies - Alternatively call us on 1300 532 042 Return customers receive a 5% discount off Best Available Rate guaranteed. Please enquire. IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED? The first night's accommodation tariff is required to guarantee your booking. Deposit is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking (refundable as per our Cancellation Policy). HOW DO I PAY FOR MY BOOKING? We accept the following credit cards: VISA and MasterCard and American Express (2% credit card transaction fee) Payment by direct debit available. Please contact us on 1300 532 042 IS A CREDIT CARD REQUIRED? Yes – a credit card must be presented on check-in IS A SECURITY BOND REQUIRED? A credit card pre-authorization for security bond of $300.00 is required upon check-in. The security bond is refunded on departure subject to verification of no damage to the apartment or any outstanding charges. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY? Your deposit will be refunded in full if cancelled minimum 72 hours before check-in time (this is calculated based on 2pm check-in). Less than 72 hours cancellation any deposits paid will be forfeited. For bookings confirmed for Special Events Periods there is no cancellation fee and your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. For bookings during Special Events Periods where the booking is made less than 30 days prior to check-in then full pre-payment will be charged to the credit card provided and the booking is non-refundable. WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME? Check-in time is 2pm. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and charges may apply. If you require your apartment to be available prior to our 2pm check-in, we suggest you book the night prior to your arrival date to ensure there is an apartment ready for your arrival. Check-out time is 10am. Late checkouts requests are subject to availability and charges may apply. Day use of room until 6pm is 1 bed AUD $100.00. 2 bed AUD $150.00 3 bed AUD $200 WHERE CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE? You are welcome to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out (no more than 6 hours) at Aria Reception @ 285 City Road,Southbank. HOW FAR IS ARIA FROM MELBOURNE AIRPORT? All 3 Southbank properties are located approximately 30 minutes’ drive from Melbourne’s Tullamarine Airport (allow 50 minute drive during peak times). It costs about AUD$50 one way for Taxi service to the Tullamarine Airport. Skybus service - $16 per person each way. From the airport, Skybus will drop you at Aria reception. For your return way to the airport, we can organise the Skybus or Taxi for you as requested. ARE THERE ANY TOURIST ATTRACTIONS NEAR ARIA SERVICED APARTMENTS? We are situated close to many tourist attractions – all within walking distance. Crown Casino and Entertainment Centre – 300 m Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium 400 m National Gallery of Victoria (Art Centre) – 500m Royal Botanical Gardens – 1500 m Southbank boulevard- 300m WHERE CAN I FIND GOOD RESTAURANTS NEARBY? Ask Guest Services on where to find the most delicious artisan pastries, the most authentic tapas, the best galleries or the quickest tram route across town. At check-in, you will be presented with a Map of our local ‘favourite’ places to visit. IF I WANT TO COOK IN THE APARTMENT, WHERE IS THE NEAREST SUPERMARKET I CAN SHOP? There are a number of supermarkets along City Road and Clarendon St including IGA and Foodworks. A directory is available in-room. Alternatively order online through a major supermarket chain and have it delivered to our Reception. We will ensure your groceries are refrigerated and ready for your arrival.
